So the other day Elder Teichurt and I were playing missionary and walking around the streets of good old Santa Maria. We talked (in English) to this old dude in front of his house. He started telling us about his rock collection. We asked if we could see some. He's like "OK, let me get the keys". We were thinking "oh he probably just has a box in his car". No, he takes us into the detached garage that he transformed into a museum. He had rocks and fossils and shark and saber tooth tiger teeth and petrified poop. I'll attach a bunch of pictures.      I made some more crockpot Macaroni. It was good.      We got some good member meals this week!     We started teaching this really cool couple. Hey all you goofy goobers!!!   So we had a party good week!! So earlier this week, we had interviews with President. They went really well! I love President!! Also President and Sister Carterr had a lunch for the whole zone! And then they had some counsel for us. It was really good!!   We went on some exchanges this week. Those are always fun! Especially because the dumb covid restrictions are gone! I went on one with my district leader Elder Thomas the train. He's cool. He's English. He covers Nipomo, so it was fun to be back there. We also went to Guadeloupe so that brought back some memories. Everywhere we went there were lots of Spanish people, so we sent out some referals and set up some lessons for Elder Teichurt and I.   So yesterday our Friend Nicole entered the waters of baptism!!! She is so cool!! It was one of those baptisms with a lot of last minute stuff, but it went really well and pretty smooth!   I love and miss you all mucho!!! Have a great week!! ...

GGOOOODDD MMOOORRNNING Crusty crew!! What is going on everyone!?!?!?! Happy VALENTINES DAY!! I hope you all enjoyed the Super Bowl!  It's good to be back in the good old Santa Maria area! I love it here! I love the people here!! The members, the people we are teaching!!! They are all AMAZING!!!!! I got too see Eloy one day when we were out walking on the streets! Maria gave my a big hug when she saw me in church! I love those two! There are still active and so good! We are teaching lots of cool people!! We set two of our friends on date this week!! Pray for Daniel and Fransisco! It was REALLY HOT this week, and our apartment is a furnace without A/C!!!  We got a lot of rejection this week while walking around. The other day was the first time in my mission buying elote from an elotero on the street. (elote is corn, like the corn on a stick in Nacho Libre) It was really good!! So I'm getting transferred out of the Nard. I'm going back to Santa Maria!!! Yep, you heard me right! In total of this will be my 7th transfer there. Unfortunately I won't be in the same area in SM because I'll be a ZL there, but same branch. I'm very excited! I can't wait to see some of the members! My comp, Elder Krenkel is going to Lopoc.  I woke up Tuesday morning with a bad sore throat and I could barely talk. I had a bad cough and I felt pretty drained. Well, that was tough. That was a rough day. Well Wednesday was tough too. Thursday I still felt kinda terrible.
