So Tuesday was the most windy day probably of my life! Like SOOOO windy! We still had power but most people in Thousand Oaks and Moorpark lost power. California people forget how to drive in any weather. Trees tiped over. Lots of leaves and branches and stuff in the streets. A lot of the smaller markets and stores were out of power. So everyone was at Target buying stuff and looking for battery packs. Also walking around, everyone was in their cars charging there phones. Haha!  Story 1: So we were talking to one dude on the street and we mentioned how windy it was yesterday. Hello adoring fans, we had a good fast week. Story 1: So the other day we were talking with someone who we had talked to a week or so ago. He didn't make much sense. He said some crazy things like Galileo was a prophet cause he predicted something that would happen in the future. Listen, Galileo was an awesome dude who did and invented cool stuff. But he wasn't called by God to be a prophet. 2: last Monday night Elder Ozuna dumped one of Steve's bottles of fire ball. He wasn't too happy about that. As we were driving away we saw him waking to the store probably to buy more. He also almost burned himself because he was stoned and the cigarette fell out of his mouth on to his clothes. His friend saw him just in time.  3: we went and knocked on a potential's door. Her Lil taughter (like 6) answered the door and is like "is there something wrong?". OK this week was slow and fast. It was pretty normal, then Wednesday afternoon to Friday were slow then Saturday and Sunday were fast.  Story 1  We were walking on the street the other day. There was a kid playing in his front lawn. So we said hi. His dad came out and is like "don't be talking to my kid" "I see you as a preditor" "I know this is California but I could pull out a gun and shoot you" he was crazy.  2 we were on the street one day. This guy came up to us and he's like I just got outta jail, then all the other guys out of jail came up and said hi. They all smelled drunk. So another fast week. Stories: 1: So the other day we were walking around mini México. We saw 2 guys BBQing. We went up and tried to talk to them. One of them is like "I'm busy ya I'm drinking and BBQing". We're like cool what are you cooking. He's like "I don't F'n know" We kinda thought he was joking so we asked again and he yelled the same thing at us 2: we had someone tell us hey go bother someone else 3: We called someone we have been trying to get a visit with. So he picked up, said he was driving and like a second later we heard cops and "get out of the car!" and "put your keys on the ground!"  All of these conversations were English BTW.  Everyone was drunk for new years. So covid is spiking again so a little more restrictions. Like masks a lot more and no member dinners in their houses. So those are take out. Also district council had to be outside with masks.
