Change It Up Loconess

Hello wonderful people! It's that time of the year again, can you believe Christmas is here again! I remember last Christmas pretty vividly, it was like just the other day! And it's my last one here on the mission. Crazy!

Well this week was pretty busy. We went on 3 exchanges. We ate a lot of Mexican food! We made to go to the mission office a couple times to pick up and drop off stuff. We rearranged our apartment. We set up some Christmas decorations my parents sent me. We had to do these things called stake reports. Such a grind! And then we had to deal with all off our flakey people we're teaching.

I have an idea I wanna try. I'll do a few highlights from each day.

Monday:

. Volleyball with the zone at the park

. Started teaching Octaviano, he played some guitar for us 

Tuesday:

. Watched 17 Miracles during lunch

. Exchange with Elder Marks in his area in Camario 

. We taught a lady who wants to be baptized, but is dealing with some health problems (luckily no cancer they found out)

. We taught a lady who is actually crazy at a home. She was all over the place in our discussion

Wednesday:

. Hit 17 months, ahh!

. Lesson with a new guy named Armando and fam, 8 people are living in an RV!! Super cool people though

. Super good pizza for dinner in the car on the way to another lesson 

. SPORTS Night, we had a guy were teaching come, Jose the 19 year old gangster 

Thursday:

. Had to pick up some baptizm programs this morning 

. Went to the Hermanas baptizm at 10 am

. Exchange with Elder Olsen in my area

. Mexican place for dinner, good flower drink

Friday:

. District council 

. To the mission office again to get my package and drop something off

. Picked up a table and some chairs from the office 

. The package was Christmas decorations, so started setting up 

. Exchange with Elder Kirk in his area

. He's a stud

. Taco truck for dinner

. The burrito tasted good but didn't sit well the rest of the night

. Had 2 lessons

Saturday:

. We cleaned the mission office this morn

. More decorations reorganizing our furniture

. A member offered to take us to the buffet, haha next time

. To the office again to drop off extra tables, chairs, and a language scale

. Picked up dinner from a member, supper good enchaladas 

Sunday:

. Church

. Helped practice for primary program

. Stake report meeting

. Ate dinner with the AWESOME members, twas AMAZING! 

. We went to visit Octaviano, he was home with a TON of family watching boxing, so we watched for a few and then left

. This guy we talked to that night kept telling us he's doing bad things but he will change and come back to God when he is ready

OK I feel like the daily highlight thing made this kinda long. 

A lot of our people are not progressing so we gotta clean up our teaching pool.
