QUE EN EL MUNDO!
WHAT'S UP PARTY PEOPLE!!
OK, so Tuesday was transfer day. But you see I had an ENT appointment there in Santa Maria on Wednesday. So it didn't make sense for me to leave on Tuesday go two hours down to Oxnard, to drive back up on Wednesday to just turn around and go all the way back to Oxnard (my new area). So what I ended up doing, is I was in a trio with the Zone Leaders there in Santa Maria for Tuesday and Wednesday morn. It was really fun! Wednesday, I had the ENT appointment in the morn. It went OK. Then we did a lot of driving. We had to make a stop in Santa Barbara to pick up a bike rack. When we finally get to Oxnard, I met my new comp and ya the craziness started.
My comps name is Elder Oldham. He's from Spanish Fork it and he's 6"7'. He's pretty cool! Oh ya, the APs are in our zone. I'm still getting used to seeing them and President all the time.
So ya Wednesday. We had this video call with this 11 year old kid named Danny. We have our lesson right, then he asks if he can move his baptizmal date to this weekend instead of next, because he's moving to Washington. Que en el mundo! So after lots of thought, calls, and prayers, we decided that Sunday would be a good day. So ya then planning a baptizm in a few days!
We had a lesson with this family were teaching. It's a single mom with like 6 young kids living in 1/3 of a trailer home! It's crazy! We used candy to try and keep them quiet.
We also had interviews with President. Those were good.
We did "adopt a highway" on Saturday. That was really fun.
Someone were teaching has a pet pig.
Well Sunday was a ride. I tried to meet a few members. That was good. OK well then lunch and getting ready for a bpbtizm. The baptizm went very well and smooth. I gave the talk on the Holy Ghost. President and Sister Carter came to the baptizm. No pressure.
Well this email is getting long.
Love and miss you all!
