I'll Do Better

Hey everyone! You I know that email last week was kinda lacking. Here we go this one will be better.

Funny story:
As you know drunk people are very interesting sometimes. So we got talking to this dude. He said a lot of things, but the best thing was "if Adam didn't f up then we would all be vegetarians, ya he f d up but I'm here with my Steak so I'm happy."

2: This dude was sitting on the hood of his car drinking with his buddies. They bounced as soon as we came, but this dude Kevin was interesting. He wanted to talk. He had lots of questions for us. He was telling us about his life. Ya lots of vulgar stuff. He was F bombing every other word but he was preaty nice and respectfull. He said he was free on the weekend. We told him about conference,. He said he'd be down. I'll attach a screenshot of a covo we had the next day.

OK conference!!
I love conference! It is awesome on the mission cuz it's so nice to just slow down our crazy life for a sec. Honestly conference went so fast. So the Saturday morning session we watched with 2 people were teaching. It was cool. It was a little tough cuz we watched it in Spanish but it was cool to see how it impacted our investigators.
We were gunna watch one sesión with a member, but we were kinda far from his house and we wanted to watch it in English. Sunday morning we watched as a district. That morning Elder Sayre and I made a bunch of French toast with cinnamon bread to share with the district. It was way good!!!!! I know I'm learning how to make food!! You would be so impressed!

We moved Jenifers date to April 17. We think her big thing is understanding repentance is the bigg thing for her rn. Keep her in your prayers. Her husband doesn't want to keep learning but is not opposing her so not good but not bad.
Ariana's husband is still stubborn. (the ones we watched conf with).
Our other people are just new so nothing big yet.

I love and miss you all!!! Thanks for your emails! I love reading them!
Scriptures and talks (Other than conf) of the week.

Luke 11:28
"28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it."

OK here's the thing. Like prez Nelson said, the middle ground of the world and the gospel is thinning. You gotta choose sides and put in practice what you believe. Trust me there's some crazy things and people out there. But if you practice what you believe, keep the comandments, do all the things you know you need to do and you will have more and more strength to resist the world.
