Week 12

So, it's been a fast week! It's been a fast month! It been a Fast transfer! Drum role ............... Stop I'm staying here in Thousand Oaks with Elder Ogden. Elder Langford is staying too, he's getting a new comp because Elder Smith is going home. Elder Ogden is gunna be district leader over a now solo español district. He also hit his year mark the other day. So he refused to tell us when it was, but that morn we where in the kitchen eating breakfast and he opened a video from his sister. His phone was on full volume and the vid was his sister shouting "happy one year" so that's how we found out. 

OK so busy week. Lots of FB contacting. Teaching English classes. We set up English classes with someone new. Juan is doing well. He seems happy. He said he believes the BOM is true but he needs to read it more. Pray thst he can progress and be ready for his October 25 date. Areseli said she can feel a difference with us teaching her. Pray for her. Graciela told us that she prayed and got a confirmation that the catholic church is true. We'll work on that. We had a visit with Saulo in his apartment. He's a really deep thinker with lot of questions. We told him to read 1 Nephi 1 and then we would talk about it. So he got 6 verses in and had questions. One was about the verse that says angels where singing songs of Praise to God. He asked us what songs they where singing. So ya lots of unnecessary questions. Haha. But we figured that if he thinks this deep than he won't fall into anti church stuff. 

We had stake conference. We watched it at a church, it was pretty good. We got a new stake president. President Makey, the branch president. 

We had a zoom call to hear testamonies/advice from departing missionaries yesterday. Something I heard from that that I really liked "this is a work of miracles". 

Well I know God is in the details of our lives and this work. He loves you. He loves all His children. I love doing this work. 

I love you all so much. Thanks for the emails I'll do my best with responses. But ya talk to ya latter.
